Linda Adams: Emotion Code and Body Code Certified Practitioner

We utilize techniques developed by Dr. Bradley Nelson called, "The Emotion Code" and "The Body Code."  The "Emotion Code" is an energy wellness technique designed to help users identify and literally release "Trapped Emotions."  We use "muscle testing" on our clients in person or by proxy via phone, email, or FaceTime using a proxy.

We believe "Trapped Emotions" are harmful emotional energies from negative past events.  "Trapped Emotions" may cause feelings of sadness, restlessness, and other symptoms which may also block people from love and happiness and make them feel disconnected from others. Our premise is that "Trapped Emotions" are made out of energy just like the rest of our body, and that they exert an influence on the physical tissues.  We believe that this can cause acute discomfort and potential disease.  Releasing "Trapped Emotions" can create the proper conditions for the body to correct itself---so physical and emotional difficulties may disappear or become more manageable.

The "Body Code" using "muscle testing," is designed to help identify and correct imbalances that can cause emotional and physical problems for people and pets.  The premise is that the body has a powerful ability to restore its own health if conditions are right, so we try to make the conditions right with the proper energy balance.
